The Secret Shopper Call includes:
- Calling your office
- Taping the call and sending it with your evaluation and analysis
- Evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of the call
- Providing guidelines for an excellent performance in the future
Complete the information on both pages of the downloadable form and email them to: [email protected] Your call will be made within a week of receiving your request form. It is recommended you inform the staff that the call is coming. The goal is to improve and succeed.
